Business Growth Oriented Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and calendars
  • Coordinate communication and correspondence with brands, media, collaborations, coaching clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks, Drafting business emails, agreements, invoices, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Screening phone calls and presenting clients with appropriate service packages.
  • Cultivation of leads and sales
  • Reputation management
  • Identify and improve everyday business management of tasks, deliverables and deadlines
  • Implement a calendar to manage scheduling client meetings and expectations
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills. Business Management Oriented Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and zoom calls
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, google docs and other correspondence
  • Organizing collaborations, and coordinating communication with sponsors.
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
