Well versed with Caesar II and must be capable of independently stress analysing piping connected to turbines, compressor, fired heater, exotic/non metallic piping and lines connected to critical equipmentVisual checking of lines from flexibility point of view & supporting of non critical (small bore) linesAdequate knowledge in Piping layout, dynamic analysis, Design/selection of Supports, Hanger/strut selection etc. Transfer the Support loading details to Civil groupUse of Nozzle-pro and FE-SIF programs for equipment nozzle analysisObtain/assimilate relevant design input for projectWell versed with software’s like SPR, Navisworks and PDMS Review, for checking the routing and deciding the type of supports to be usedWork planning, progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents. Effective utilization of manpower for job assignedEnsure appropriate checking & review of all deliverablesEnsure quality design deliverables with due consideration for applicable Codes & Standards A degree / diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.Experience – 6 to 10 years
