Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of IT training programs.
Identify, onboard, and manage freelance IT trainers from the market, ensuring a robust and diverse pool of instructors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with freelance trainers, engaging them effectively to deliver our training programs. This includes negotiating contracts, ensuring timely payments, and addressing any concerns or feedback from trainers to keep them motivated and aligned with our company’s goals.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our training programs.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client requirements. This includes managing client expectations, providing regular updates on program progress, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop and update course content.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with trainers, clients, and internal teams to ensure program success.
Coordinate schedules, resources, and venues (physical or virtual) for training sessions.
Work with the marketing team to promote training programs and recruit participants.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants, trainers, and clients, providing regular reports to management.
