Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the production process of ready mix concrete.
Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, concrete mixes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including sampling plans, testing protocols, and documentation practices.
Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, operations, and technical teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and educate plant personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the ready mix concrete industry.
Strong understanding of concrete materials, mix designs, and production processes.
Knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,599.89 - ₹40,016.21 per month
