Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Robotics Trainer to join our team and lead our robotics education programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in robotics, a passion for teaching, and the ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages. This role involves developing and delivering engaging robotics curricula, facilitating hands-on learning experiences, and preparing students for competitions and future STEM careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Create and implement a comprehensive robotics curriculum tailored to different age groups and skill levels, focusing on both theoretical and practical aspects of robotics.
  • Instruction: Deliver dynamic and interactive robotics classes, workshops, and after-school programs, using a variety of teaching methods to engage students.
  • Project Guidance: Mentor students in designing, building, programming, and testing robots, fostering problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Competition Preparation: Prepare and coach students for local, regional, and national robotics competitions, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain, organize, and manage robotics equipment and supplies, ensuring all materials are in good working condition.
  • Collaboration: Work with other educators and staff to integrate robotics and STEM concepts across the curriculum and enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics and educational technology, attending training sessions and conferences as necessary.
  • Student Engagement: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, teamwork, and a passion for STEM.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,200.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
