Job Summary

Senior ABAP Developer is a technical role which will require hands on experience to support the business and wider project requirements! Daily support for global sites is required in order to fix issues if needed and improve the already existing procedures

Analysis and documentation of complex coding! This highly skilled position has an emphasis on delivering accuracy and quality work. Person this role should have a good business background and be able to communicate and understand the business requirements related to the developments for both implementation and support

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Responsibilities:

We provide opportunity for execution of development activities across multiple sites Execution of development activities across multiple sites,Support the business analysts with ABAP developments, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, user exits, form design

Support the wider business with any external non-SAP interfaces

Ensure that development activities are progressing according to the business requirement and issues are identified, advanced, and mitigating actions taken

development expertise on design and deployment issues

Provide development expertise on support issues

Drive consistency and a high level of quality

Support the SAP Analysts with the local master data requirements and assist the overall master data manager on data related support issues

• Participate as an active member of the ABAP team and developer communities of proactive
• Be an active member of integration, work stream and support end user testing both on preparation and execution as required
• Design, Develop and maintain ABAP programs in SAP, supporting global requirements across all geographies.
• Works with interface and functional teams to provide technical expertise.
• Performs break fix / Support the current SAP systems
• Experience in integrating 3rd party enterprise products is required.
• Expertise in ABAP Debugging

For This Role, You Will Need:

• You must have at least 8+ years strong SAP ABAP development experience in FICO, SD, PP, MM, VC
• Expert in Interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, user exits, smartforms, adobe, sap scriptExtensively worked on interactive reports and ALV
• Solid experience in BAPI, BADI, ABAP object programming
• Multiple data migration projects, strong LSMW skills and experience
• Experienced in sub-routines and function modules
• Good experience in IDocs, EDI etc and Good experience in ABAP workbench tools
• Excellent trouble shooting and debugging skills and Good understanding of good business practice
• Ability to interpret work stream and business requirements to ensure developments are only undertaken when the spec is clearly defined reducing any development re-work
• Superb communication skills in English, teammate and results orientated

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s BE , BTech Degree or equivalent experience
• Some experience with inter-company design/implementation
• You have a university degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with the integration – non-SAP programs
• Experience in master data design considerations
• Experience in similar role and Agile/Dev Ops
• Must be willing to work in different Time Zones based on Business need
