As an Agile Scrum Master - Team Coach, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of Agile teams, promoting collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS)
HID's Physical Access Control Solutions Business Area:
HID PAC’s Business Unit focuses on the growth of new clients and existing clients where we leverage the latest card and reader technologies to solve the security challenges of our clients. Other areas of focus will include authentication, card sub systems, card encoding, Biometrics, location services and all other aspects of a physical access control infrastructure.
 
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • PSM or CSM Certification and (SSM or SA) Certification
  • Works as Scrum Master for at least in 1 Scrum Team
  • Facilitate team level events, coordinate with other scrum teams as needed
  • Help remove team impediments
  • Has experience in the use of Agile Management Tools for extracting data to determine execution health giving visibility to the flow of team activities.
Education and Qualifications
An Engineering degree or equivalent and a minimum of 7+ years of related experience
Communication Skills:
  • Communicates technical decisions through design docs, white papers, and educational social media platforms.
  • Mentors’ junior engineers indirectly via pairing, design review, and product review.
  • Communicates effectively cross functions; is able to work well with Product, Design, Analytics, etc, as necessary.
  • Proactively identifies problems with requirements (lack of clarity, inconsistencies, technical limitations) for their own work and adjacent work, and communicates these issues early to help course-correct.
