Position Title

Site Manager - Pump Hydro

Purpose of Role

 Oversee all aspects of the newly acquired Greenfield PSP project site, including investigation works, topographical surveys, and drilling supervision.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate visits of experts, consultants, and head office personnel to the project site.
  • Liaise with local administration and state authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Engage with local communities to build support for the project and manage the procurement of land through fair and transparent processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address social issues and enhance community relations, including the management of CSR programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and best practices, minimizing the project's impact on the surrounding environment

Position Demands
