Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including text, image, and video posts.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Stay informed about relevant news and events to leverage for social media content.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,790.36 - ₹30,644.25 per month
