• Manufacturing Product Change Analyst is responsible for change order review and approval for manufacturing point of view
• Responsible for evaluating material assessment to assure or minimize excess inventory during implementation of change order
• Coordinate with internal team for Change order creation and collaborate with the Engg Change Program Managers, Product Manager, Supplier Business Managers and Configuration Engineering to review E&O liability prior to Engineering Change Request submittal
• Work with Configuration Engineering and Manufacturing Engineer to set effectivity date for configurable BoM
• Coordinate with Remote Factory to update impacted sales orders based on Materials availability
• To assess Order BOM and provide Rework instructions to update based on strategy
• Assess material availability and inventory impacts for Engineering Changes in order to assist in establishing effectivity date(s)

• Relevant Years of Experience: 2-7 Years
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience and Expert level knowledge in Engineering Change Mgmt Process
• Experience in Cost Analysis on change orders wrt BoM Changes
• Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure including Config BOM
• Experience in working with MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word
• Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English
• Desirable Skill:
• Good Problem solving techniques.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of six sigma/problem solving methodologies

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
