Job Summary (Intern TechOps Engineer)

The Intern DevOps Engineer will build, test, automate and maintain the configuration for Application and Infrastructure deployment. Additionally, the DevOps Engineer will troubleshoot issues by developing tools and automated solutions. The DevOps Engineer is determined and driven, detail oriented, and a responsible team-player who is passionate about technology, constantly seeking to learn and improve skills.

Job Description….

• Technical Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly, working in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain AWS, VMware, and Nutanix servers and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Installation and Configuration: Participate in the installation and configuration of AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components, contributing to the robustness of our cloud systems.
• Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Contribute to creating and documenting IT procedures and best practices for efficient cloud operations.
• Lead projects related to system improvements, upgrades, and migrations, overseeing their successful implementation.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical solutions for complex issues within the cloud environment.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for our cloud services
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
• Self-Motivated – can focus their energy and efforts towards achieving success and proactively solving problems, while continuously increasing skillsets through training as well as self-paced study
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer-Oriented - relationship savvy who makes connections with both internal partners and external customers
• To work in rotational shifts
• A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to document and learn quickly
