Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective exhibitors and attendees to inform them about our upcoming exhibitions.
Build and maintain a strong customer database.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a high conversion rate.
Provide detailed information about exhibition packages, benefits, and participation guidelines.
Handle objections and address queries effectively to encourage participation.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and maximize attendance.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
High level of enthusiasm, sincerity, and a willingness to learn and grow in the exhibition industry.

Note : Looking for the candidates exclusively from Noida Location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
