Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce products or services to potential customers and articulate their benefits.
Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.
Document all interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in tele sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,868.00 - ₹35,093.27 per month
