About Kalvium Young Leaders Program (KYLP)

The Kalvium Young Leaders Program (KYLP) is an opportunity for young graduates to unlock

their potential and accelerate their career to leadership profiles. Besides attractive placement

packages, KYLP candidates work across various functional roles and create a meaningful

What will you be doing as a Kalvium Young Leader?

You will make Kalvium famous & renowned as the best and most desirable UG program in

Computer Science to prospective students, their parents and the world at large. Your day to

day tasks would be:-

Develop a deep & direct understanding of Kalvium’s customers, present & future.
Create & execute a comprehensive content strategy for different digital platforms
Learn & implement latest and best practices for key ad-platforms like Google & Meta
Collaborate & develop content ideas that are informative, educational, and relevant
Identify and engage with popular influencers, partners, celebrities and communities
Generate regular reports and insights on social media performance
Closely listen to & track the voice of our prospective customers on social media to identify trends, gain insights and manage online reputation
Deep big-data analytics to understand business trends to optimise performance
Build deep product-market-fit through iterating on value-propositions
Researching, modelling, evaluating, and planning go-to-market strategies

Essential Role-Related Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Negotiation and interpersonal skills
An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks
Ability to think both creatively and strategically
Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills
Respond well under pressure, while multi-tasking on projects on strict timelines
Comfortable with travel to the locations where the partner universities are based
Understanding of marketing tools offered by Google & Meta will be an added advantage

Remuneration & Package Details

KYLP candidates are entitled to category-leading packages post-confirmation after their internship period (after graduation)
Package Details: CTC of INR Lacs, which includes
Joining bonus: TBD basis performance
Retention bonus: TBD basis performance
Annual Salary Package: TBD basis performance
ESOPs : TBD basis performance
Stipends during internship period: INR 15,000 + 5000 (Performance Bonus) per month
