We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) design. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
Responsibilities:
Conduct the testing of software applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and ease of design.
Support the current design process (UI/UX); you will deliver excellent solutions that fit business and product goals while providing customer value and inspiring the team.
Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for company websites and digital products.
Enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation
Work includes UX research and feedback sessions, information architecture, workflow analysis, and individual feature designs.
Keep abreast of competitor products and UI Design Trends.
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.
Requirements:
Strong portfolio as a UX Designer
Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
A great portfolio of work shows evidence of user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills.
Have a highly refined aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, and white space
Ability to communicate abstract ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience in Design
